About Us
I started this home-based company in August 2009 with the hopes that everyone could share my passion in fun fashion jewelry. I majored in fashion merchandising at New Mexico State University, and have always wanted to somehow be part of the fashion industry.
I knew I had to take the leap in starting this business when my favorite jewelry shop in Colorado Springs, Co got bought out by owners that raised prices by double and stopped carrying the fun and unique pieces that I loved. I left that jewelry shop twice with nothing in hand, and came home telling my husband that I was determined to start my own business, so that jewelry lovers wouldn't have to shop at several different places to find unique, funky, fun and super affordable pieces.
I make some of these unique pieces, but most of them come from my jewelry designer and several different jewelry whole sellers. I spend a lot of time studying fashion and spend hours upon hours selecting the right pieces.
I also work as a jewelry buyer for boutiques. I take the guess work out of ordering, so they can easily order knowing that the styles I carry will be their best jewelry sellers.
I am blessed and honored to help support foundations close to my heart and started my jewelry line "Necklaces For A Cause" in late September 2009. This is something very passionate to me, and truly feel like I have the best of both worlds with living my dream, selling fun jewelry pieces, while helping foundations and causes that are close to my heart.
My business is home-based so I can remain a full time stay at home mommy to two wonderful little girls. I have high hopes to one day have a store front boutique, but until that day comes I am happy living my dream through Internet sales, local jewelry parties, vendor events, arts and craft fairs throughout the state of Colorado, and boutique buying.
My husband is my right hand man in decision making, book keeping and inventory control. Without my supportive family and friends this business wouldn't be possible.
