I can't believe how fast I received an email from Shilo after I bought a few necklaces on line letting me know that my jewelry had shipped with a confirmation number and all. I live in NY and received my package in just 3 business days from the time I ordered! Most places charge an arm and a leg for 3 day shipping. I was just amazing by this entire process, and you can really tell that Shilo spends a lot of time pleasing her customers. I plan on ordering again soon!!!!
